complete your application and initiation requirements.
FALL 2007 RATE SCHEDULE
I. Club Membership
| a. |
Assessment (by reservation): $25 per dog, $10 per cat. There will be a $25.00 charge for all guests who cancel within five hours of the assessment time. |
| b. |
Doggie Daycare Tours (optional): $25 per family. |
| c. |
Daycare Distinguished Members receive credit for Assessment and Tour fees after enrollment. |
II. Doggie Daycare – Reservations are required for all guests unless otherwise specified below.

A. |
Play Dates: visits up to three hours, pickup by 7PM. $18 each visit, or pack of ten visits for $165. |
B. |
Full Day: visits up to twelve hours, $35 each visit. |
C. |
Daycare Distinguished Members
| 1. |
10 pre-paid visits within three months, $260. Each additional dog from the same family is $225. |
| 2. |
Unlimited visits each calendar month, $455. Each additional dog from the same family is $400. No reservation required. |
| 3. |
Annual VID Guest, $13,000:

| III. |
Hotel – Please call at least one week in advance to make a reservation for your pet. Reservations without sufficient notice are subject to an additional charge of $25 per pet. For all guests, payment is due at the time of reservation. We accept cancellations up to three days prior to your pet’s stay. However, a charge of 50% of your pet’s entire stay will apply if a cancellation is made within three days of the reserved start date.

Dogs over six months: daily rate is $50. Each additional dog from the same family is $40. |
| B. |
Dogs visiting ten consecutive days or more receive a complimentary Signature Spa Package. |
C. |
Hotel rates for Distinguished Doggie Daycare Members: additional $20 per day. |
| D. |
Puppies under five months: daily rate is $55. |
| E. |
Doggie Getaway Program: for hotel guests who are not neutered, spayed, social or able to participate in daycare, walks and individual attention are available. Daily rate for this program is $85 per day. |
| F. |
Cats: daily rate is $20. Each additional cat from the same family sharing the condo is $15. We accept healthy cats under the age of 12 years old. |
| G. |
Medication: $5 for basic daily administration, subject to management approval. |
| H. |
Premium Meals: $5 per day. |
| I. |
Transportation Services & Veterinary Visits: transportation within ten miles, $25 one-way. Accompanying your pet to the veterinarian is an additional charge of $30 per hour. |
IV. Spa
| A. |
JPM Signature Spa Package includes: a mini body massage, mini brush out, two time wash and lather, calming conditioning rinse, towel and hand blow dry, ear cleaning, nail trim, and expression of anal glands (as necessary). Pricing for dogs is $50 for a one hour session, and may vary depending on your pet’s temperament and physical condition. Pricing for cats is $75 for a one hour session.

Massage: $10 for each 15 minute session |

Board & Train – Intensive Learning Boot Camp

Dogs, older than eighteen weeks of age, social, neutered/spayed: $80 daily |
| 2. |
Dogs, older than eighteen weeks of age, not social or not neutered/spayed: $125 daily |

Puppies, six to eighteen weeks of age: $95 daily |
